We only have a few weeks left of summer, which means now is the time to get out and enjoy it! If you’re in need of some weekend plans, check out what’s going on right here in Downtown!

DATE NIGHT IN THE POTTERY STUDIO

Spend a night crafting with your loved one with this crash course on the pottery wheel. At the end of the night you can pick a glaze and your creation will be fired for you to take home! You have a choice of a 6pm or 7:30 pm class. Visit their page for more info!

ART 3 GALLERY PRESENTS “SURF AND TURF”

Art 3 Gallery celebrates the allure of summer with the exhibit “Surf & Turf”, which opened July 20. Featuring artwork that embraces the outdoors, this exhibit takes the viewer on a journey into the colors and images of summer. LIVE MUSIC

There is always live music downtown in Manchester! The Shaskeen, Strange Brew Tavern, N’Awlins, Central Ale House, Murphy’s Taproom, Fratellos, Milly’s Tavern, The Wild Rover, XOonElm, A&E Coffee, and even more have live music every weekend! Thursday the 27th

SHIPYARD PUMPKINHEAD RELEASE PARTY

ROCKSPRING AT THE SHASKEEN

Rockspring is a high energy five-piece string band that has quickly gained a strong following in the New England region. Combining original songwriting with eclectic cover choices, Rockspring puts on an incredibly entertaining live show that makes people dance out of their shoes into the wee hours of the night. Don’t miss a great show at the Shaskeen! Band starts at 9pm.


Friday the 28th

FREE LINE DANCING LESSONS AT CLUB MANCHVEGAS

JOHNNY AND THE TWO TIMERS

Saturday the 29th

GENEALOGY WORKSHOP

Want to learn about your family’s history? Join the Millyard Museum for an introductory workshop on genealogy! Led by Muriel Chabot Normand and Pauline Cusson of the American-Canadian Genealogical Society, this workshop will teach you the basics of conducting genealogical research. Click here to learn more!

STOP THE CIRCLE RALLY

This rally is to educate the general public on facts related to all sides of the heroin epidemic in our communities. Speakers, both personal and professional, will be on hand. There will also be representatives from area agencies and groups to supply rehabilitation and recovery information to any addicts or families that desire it. To find out more, click here.

HEADLINERS COMEDY CLUB

Headliners comedy club was voted New Hampshire’s best comedy club we are inside the Radisson Hotel downtown Manchester see Boston and New York’s best comedians live each weekend. Sunday the 30th

SINATRA SUNDAY
