Summer Continues on Saturdays in August!

It’s officially August, and that means new and exciting events to look forward to!  Just as Thursdays were the new Fridays in July, the summer continues on Saturdays in August! There are a bunch of great annual events happening downtown every Saturday until Labor Day! Check them out below, and be sure to check out our calendar throughout the month for more things to do!

Saturday, August 9th:
1964 – The Ultimate Beatles Tribute

Continuing the tradition of downtown concerts, 1964, the Beatles tribute band, is playing at Veterans Park on August 9th! This Tribute takes their audiences on a musical journey to an era in rock history that will live in all of our hearts forever. Choosing songs from the pre-Sgt. Pepper era, “1964” astonishingly recreates an early 60’s live Beatles concert, with period instruments, clothing, hairstyles, and onstage banter. Over 25 years of researching and performing have made “1964” masters of their craft. Come see why “1964” is the definitive Beatles show!
